| Research Abstract |
農村地域活性化の主体として注目されている農村女性起業であるが、その中心的担い手は、生活改善実行グループや農協女性部活動を共通基盤とする高齢女性が多くを占めており、参加者の世代交代期を迎えつつある中で、経営継承の問題が様々な事例において指摘されている。現状では、経営体ごとに独自の継承方法が模索されている途上にあり、農村女性起業の第一世代ともいうべき高齢女性がリタイアした後の経営継承の問題と方向性については、いまだ体系的に整理されていない。そこで、本研究では、経営体として持続的経営を展開している農村女性起業事例を対象に詳細な実態調査を行い、各事例の相互比較を行うことで、今後の経営継承と持続的発展に向けた客観的条件について考察した。
