| Research Abstract |
近年、γ-ヒドロキシラクタムをファーマコフォアとして有する天然有機化合物が数多く見出されており、その興味ある生物活性から注目を集めている。そこで申請者は、これら生物活性物質の合成と分子機能の解明を目的として研究を行った結果、γ-ヒドロキシラクタム構造の新規収束型合成法の確立に成功するとともに、幾つかの生物活性物質の全合成を達成することができた。また、新規酵素阻害剤の設計を目的としたin silico評価系を確立することができた。
