Research Abstract |
心筋収縮における電位依存性カルシウムチャネル, 特にβサブユニットの重要性を,遺伝子改変マウスを用いて明らかにするのが, 研究の目的である. 電位依存性カルシウムチャネルのβサブユニット遺伝子改変マウスを作製し, 遺伝子の機能を解析する. その他, チャネル遺伝子クローニング, カルシウムチャネル遺伝子変異マウスの解析を循環器系中心に広く展開する.
