| Research Abstract |
胃粘膜の知覚神経終末がH^+等の刺激をセンスすることにより, 軸索反射を介して神経ペプチド・CGRPが遊離され, 距離のはなれた胃平滑筋, 胃基底部微小循環で粘膜保護の本質的な作用を発揮していた(恒常性の維持). さらに潰瘍治癒過程において, 潰瘍周囲の上皮バリアーが破綻をきたした部位で知覚神経が刺激を受け, 血管新生の初発部位である基底部の微小血管周囲にCGRPを遊離させ, CGRPの血管新生増強作用を介して胃粘膜修復へ貢献していた
