| Research Abstract |
HCVは肝細胞トロピズム以外にリンパ球系細胞など臓器トロピズムの異なるHCVが存在する。このことが肝外病変発症と関連する可能性がある。本研究ではC型肝炎患者の末梢血リンパ球からB細胞を分離し、B細胞中で複製するHCVをスクリーニングした。また、そのB細胞トロピズムを持つHCVの全塩基配列を解析した。また、B細胞トロピズムを持つHCVの患者内での病原性について検討した。
