Research Abstract

再生不良性貧血患者の治療前血液を用いて、(1)PNH型血球の増加、(2)抗DRS-1抗体および(3)抗モエシン抗体の有無を検索し、これらのマーカーと免疫抑制療法に対する反応性との関係を明らかにするための多施設共同臨床試験を実施した。PNH型血球陽性例と陰性例で、治療開始から6ヵ月後の治療効果を比較したところ、両群に有意な差は認められなかったが、自己抗体陽性例では陰性例に比べて奏効率が高い傾向が得られた。
