| Research Abstract |
ADHD(注意欠陥多動障害)は遺伝的に複雑な疾患であるが遺伝性は0.76と報告されている。15人のADHD(男性12、女性3、全員が混合型)と家族の49人でドパミン系遺伝子多型を分析した。COMTはValine/Valine型が一般対照群より多く(ADHD本人7/15、家族16/34)、DRD4では7-repeat alleleはなかったが5-repeatが2人いた。DAT1は1家族4人を除く残り45名が10-repeat alleleだった。遺伝子多型と衝動性、新奇性追求の指標との関連性は統計的有意差がなかった。
