Research Abstract |
1) Treatment protocol Multi-institutional phase II study of concurrent chemoradiotherapy (CCRT) using high-dose rate intracavitary brachytherapy (HDR-ICBT) for locally advanced uterine cervical cancer: JGOG1066' has been developed. 2) Patient accrual has started since February 2008. 3) To select institutions which can deliver radiotherapy with HDR-ICBT adequately, certification was performed prior to study participation.
