| Research Abstract |
原発性胃癌56例をBACアレイCGHで解析し、予後と関連する4領域を抽出した。各々6q21、9q32、17q21.1-21.2、17q21.32であり、FOXO3A/FKHRL1、UGCG、CASC3、HOXB3-7遺伝子などが存在する領域である。この4領域の何処かに欠失を認めた場合、有意に予後不良となり(p=0.0019)、胃癌進行度と同様、独立した予後予測因子であることが確認された。この研究結果から、胃癌の悪性度獲得のメカニズムの解明へと発展してゆくことが期待される。
