| Research Abstract |
代表的な熱ショックタンパクであるHsp90の阻害剤である17AAGにより、乳癌細胞に対する温熱治療効果の増強を認めた.この効果はHsp90の標的タンパクであるHER2の発現減少およびその信号伝達経路の下流に位置し、細胞増殖および抗アポトーシス作用を有するAktタンパクの不活化が関与することが示唆された.この研究により、標準的治療が無効になった悪性腫瘍に対する治療法としての温熱治療を熱ショックタンパクを阻害することにより増強できる可能性が示された.
