| Research Abstract |
靭帯・腱付着部の損傷に対して骨髄間葉系細胞を用いて構造再生を促進する基礎的研究を行った。実験は家兎の上肢肩関節に欠損部を作製し、まずは自然修復過程を観察した。靭帯・腱付着部のみの損傷では隣接組織である滑液包に存在する滑膜細胞からの反応が重要であることが分かった。次に骨髄間葉系細胞の欠損部への移植に対する修復促進過程を観察したが、有意な成果を得ることができなかった。同様に骨髄間葉系細胞による反応を確認するために靭帯・腱付着の損傷作製時にその下層の骨髄まで損傷させた場合、骨髄からの反応により修復過程が促進されることが確認された。以上から骨髄間葉系細胞による靭帯・腱付着部 の構造再生作用が明らかになった。
