| Research Abstract |
移植対象臓器血管に対する、現在、周術期に頻用されている種々の揮発性吸入麻酔薬、静脈麻酔薬、血管作動薬、鎮静薬の直接作用とその臨床関連性を検討するとともに、内皮除去実験、種々の薬理学的阻害薬を用いた実験、細胞内Ca^(2+)濃度測定実験、脱膜化実験、ミオシン軽鎖燐酸化量測定実験により、その機序を可能な限り解明することを目的とした基礎研究である。
