Research Abstract

末梢性炎症に起因する慢性難治性疼痛発症に、各種炎症性サイトカインが炎症情報を中枢神経系血管内皮細胞に伝達するメカニズムが関与していることが示唆された。また各種炎症性サイトカインの措抗薬の予防薬および治療栗としての可能性が期待される。
