Research Abstract	線条体および海馬体神経細胞に対してwhole-cell patch clamp法によって吸入麻酔薬添加ごの静止膜電位と発火パターンの変化を観察し、可逆的な発火パターンの著明な乱れを認めた。これら神経細胞における情報伝達の乱れが、吸入麻酔薬のメカニズムである可能性が示唆された。
