| Research Abstract |
ラット腸間膜動脈の収縮弛緩を繰り返す律動運動には内皮由来拡張因子(EDRF)よりも内皮由来過分極因子(EDHF)が重要な役割を果たしている。敗血症早期の腸間膜動脈では、内皮細胞傷害による血管拡張障害と律動運動の消失が起きるが、その本体はEDHFの機能障害である。鎮静薬プロポフォールはEDHF依存性律動運動を増強するため、敗血症早期の腸管循環障害に有利に働く可能性がある。
