Research Abstract	環状オリゴ糖構造のシクロデキストリンの緩徐な薬物放出特性に注目し、新たな薬物到達システムを開発した。シクロデキストリンと局所麻酔薬のリドカインを包接結合させ化合物を作成した。ラットの坐骨神経に、リドカイン、リドカイン+シクロデキストリン、シクロデキストリンを3群に分けて投与し、56℃の熱刺激を与え、後肢の局所麻酔作用時間を測定した。リドカイン+シクロデキストリンの局所麻酔効果がリドカイン単独のものより長いことを明らかにした。
