| Research Abstract |
HSVにおけるウイルス自体の細胞障害性と複製という特性を利用して、特定の腫瘍細胞のみでHSVの複製をおこさせる組み換えHSVを作成し標的細胞のみを殺傷する、癌治療を対象とした新しい見地からの遺伝子治療を前立腺癌に焦点をおいて検討している。
