| Research Abstract |
婦人科正常組織(とくに上皮組織)および同組織から発生した癌における幹細胞を同定するとともに分離を試みた。ES Cellに発現される未分化マーカーや複数の組織幹細胞に共通して発現している幹細胞マーカーを使用し、婦人科正常組織の幹細胞マーカーを絞り込んだ。それらを基に癌組織の幹細胞について検証した。
癌組織からのcell lineを利用し、固形腫瘍における癌幹細胞マーカー(細胞表面抗原)による細胞分画の検出、分離をcell sorterにて行った。CD24(+)CD44(+)の細胞が癌幹細胞の性質を示した。
