Research Abstract

卵巣癌発生に関与する遺伝子の検索のため、正常卵巣上皮不死化細胞株(IOSEC)を6株樹立した。正常卵巣上皮(OSE)、封入嚢腫(IC)、樹立したIOSECを用いて,種々の抗原マーカーの発現を免疫組織学的に検討し、ICはMenchymal to Epithelial Transition(MET)過程にあることが示唆された。さらにIOSECとそのprimary culture(PC)細胞間で発現が異なる遺伝子を包括的ヒトゲノム発現解析によりスクリーニングし、卵巣癌発生に関する遺伝子を104種類に絞り込んだ。
