Research Abstract	動脈硬化を有する患者の全身麻酔は著しい血圧変動を伴う。そこで、脈波伝播速度(Pulse Wave Velocity ; PWV) および中心動脈圧と、麻酔導入・気管挿管時の血圧変動との相関について検討した。その結果、中心動脈圧は、麻酔導入時の血圧低下および気管挿管時の血圧上昇の両方に相関し、血圧変動の良好な予測因子であると考えられた。特に、降圧薬内服症例では血圧低下および上昇ともによく相関していた。
