| Research Abstract |
:分化ポテンシャルの高い幹細胞を利用して、自己の生体組織を再生修復する新しい治療法が試みられている。これら幹細胞を用いた再生医療は移植に代わる治療法として社会的なニーズがある。本研究課題では、幹細胞のソースとして歯髄に存在する幹細胞に着目し、幹細胞の多分化能を分子レベルで解析した。歯髄に存在する幹細胞の有用性を明らかにし、その可塑性を利用した再生医療のための基礎となる研究を展開した。
