Research Abstract

出生直後より1週間、毎日30分間の身体抑制ストレスを負荷したラットは新規環境ストレスに対して対象群に比較して大きなストレス反応を示した。このメカニズムには視床下部-下垂体-副腎皮質系におけるネガティブフィードバックのdown regulationと視床下部室傍核におけるカテコールアミンのactivationが関与していることが示唆された。
