| Research Abstract |
本研究課題は1) 妊婦の心理的エンパワメント尺度の作成および信頼性・妥当性の検討、2) 心理的エンパワメントを評価指標に用て出産準備クラスの効果に関する検討を行った。妊婦の心理的エンパワメント尺度は5因子27項目で構成され、信頼性と妥当性はね支持された。出産準備クラスの効果に関する調査から、出産準備教育は妊婦の心理的エンパワメントを左右し、講師の話に対る有益感、クラス参加による安堵感や満足感を感じにくいとエンパワメントを低下させる可能性があることが示唆された。また、妊婦心理的エンパワメントはその後の行動変容に影響することから心理的エンパワメント支援の意義が示された。
