| Research Abstract |
膠原病患者のストレス適応系(視床下部・下垂体・副腎系 : HPA-axisを含む神経・内分泌・免疫系)について検討するために、ストレス関連のQOL調査と共に計算ストレス負荷前後における血清中の種々の神経・内分泌・免疫系活性物質を測定した。その結果、患者の自覚ストレス度やストレス対処能力は健常群とほぼ同程度であったが、膠原病患者では疾患により若干の差はあるもののHPA-axisの歪み特に副腎皮質の反応性低下が認められた。また、ストレスマネジメントプログラム介入によりこのHPA-axisの機能回復の可能性が示唆された。
