Research Abstract

本研究は、医療的ケアを必要としている幼児が、幼児期の基本的な生活行動に療養に必要な行動を組み込んでできるように家族を支援する看護支援プログラムを作成することにあった。種々の調査から、子どもの発達過程と家族の準備性に合った看護支援プログラムの必要性が明らかになった。作成した看護支援プログラムは、気管切開を必要とする幼児の家族が、子どものできることを再認識し、可能な療養行動を無理なく組み込んでいける目安となるようにした。またプログラムを運用していく上での配慮点を家族、看護師向けに記載した。
