Research Abstract	新たな生活習慣病予防教育プログラムを開発することを目的として(1)血液検査の結果から自分の健康実態を認識して関心を持たせる教育に加えて、(2)生徒相互での血圧測定実習を通してさらに自分の健康に対する興味関心を引き出し、生活習慣病を自らの課題として捉えさせて、(3)健康意識の変化と健康行動の変容をもたらして適切な生活習慣の確立へと導くことおよび(4)その健康意識の変化と健康行動の変容について追跡調査を行って評価する研究を計画した。
