| Research Abstract |
「人工酵素などの機能性生体高分子のテーラーメイドな創製」は、RNAに限らず、広く生体高分子研究において、基礎化学/生物学的に、また医療やバイオ工学などへの応用面からも重要な課題である。本研究では、研究代表者の考案した新手法「design & selection法」を基盤とする人工リボザイムの創製、機能改変、機能解析に取り組み、本手法の確立を行い、その有効性を示した。
