| Research Abstract |
バイオ/ケモインフォマティクスにおける微量試料のスクリーニング分析に適したマイクロアレイ型の表面プラズモン共鳴(SPR)センサーの基礎要素開発を行った。プリズム結合器型のSPRセンサーの集積デザインや、高集積が容易な分光型SPRセンサーや新考案の相変化型SPRセンサーの開発と、フォトニック結晶素子を用いた分光カメラによる読み取り器を開発した。当センサーアレイの流体チップへの組み込みのための周辺技術も開発した。
