| Research Abstract |
有機デバイスを評価する新規な手法として、顕微SHG分光法とラマン分光法に着目し、デバイス内部の電界と電荷分布を直接評価する手法を開発した。また、時間分解SHG法を用いることで、デバイス中の電界分布が時間的に変化する様子を捉えることに成功し、結果キャリアがデバイス中を流れる様子を観測することができた。この結果を、デバイスシミュレーションと比較し、パルス電圧印加による新規な輸送過程について明らかにした。
