| Research Abstract |
本研究では、HEMS導入住戸や一般戸建住宅のエネルギー消費特性とライフスタイルの調査分析をふまえて住宅用エネルギー情報収集・表示システムを開発し、長屋型アパートに試験設置して運用評価を行った。その結果、高効率器具への買い換えや温度データを参考にした住まい方の工夫などシステム導入の効果と見られる様々な省エネ行動の実践が見られ、それに伴う一定の省エネ効果も確認できた。
