| Research Abstract |
本研究では、電子のスピンを利用した新しいエレクトロニクス(スピンエレクトロニクス)の実現を目指し、磁性体/半導体接合界面における電子スピンの注入および検出過程について、主として光学的手法を用いて調査した。その結果、磁性体としてマグネタイトを用いることで、高効率なスピン注入が可能であることを示し、そのメカニズムに関する知見を得たことができた。さらに、その逆効果としてのスピン検出過程についても同様に検討した。
