| Research Abstract |
本研究では、走査型プローブ顕微鏡および光導波路分光法を用いて、異なる化学的特性(はっ水性・親水性)を有する基材表面における生体1分子の吸着挙動の解明を行った。生体分子には、DNAおよびヒト血漿フィブリノーゲン(HPF)をモデルターゲットに用いた。また、ケルビン力顕微鏡およびゼータ電位測定により、これら生体分子の静電ポテンシャルを明らかにした。これらの成果は将来のバイオデバイス作製に向けての基盤技術となる。
