| Research Abstract |
臓器移植治療は、他人の肝臓や腎臓を移植することから、自己とは異なる(非自己)異物に対する攻撃(免疫反応)を抑制する必要があります。免疫抑制剤は、移植臓器を非自己として拒絶するのを防ぐために障害服用せねばなりません。しかし、実際に用いられている免疫抑制剤の効き具合、副作用の頻度には個人差があります。本研究では、免疫抑制剤の使用による効果、副作用の出方を左右する原因の一部を突き止めることができ、今後の移植医療に対して大いに貢献できると考えられます。
