| Research Abstract |
我々はマイクロアレイによる膵癌メチル化遺伝子のスクリーニングと実際の膵癌細胞でのメチル化状態を調査し、新規メチル化ターゲットを同定した。遺伝子reelin(RELN)、Reprimo、SPARCはそれぞれ膵癌で異常メチル化による発現低下を認め、それぞれが、膵癌の浸潤などの悪性度に深く関与する一方、予後因子として臨床応用可能であることが示唆された。また、DNAメチル化異常は膵癌の前駆病変(PanIN)の進展に伴いメチル化の程度が増加しており、膵発癌との関与が示唆された。
