| Research Abstract |
私はゼブラフィッシュ視細胞変異体ovlを用いて、この変異体における視細胞死がフォトトランスダクションと関連すること、視細胞死のシグナルはトランデューシンの位置でフォトトランスダクションと連結し、他のエフェクターを介し伝播されることを示した。また、ゼブラフィッシュ視細胞における強制発現をトランスジェニックにより達成する系を開発し、ヒト変異体とパラレルなモデル動物を多数手に入れた。
