Research Abstract

医薬品の評価過程では,生体内の薬物動態を解明する統計的方法論が大きな鍵を握り,そのための有用な道具の一つが「コンパートメント・モデル」である.本研究は,このコンパートメント・モデルに焦点をあて,薬物動態学(薬動学[Pharmacokinetics])における統計的推論方式を提示し,医薬品の適正な臨床評価過程の進展に寄与できた.
