| Research Abstract |
突然変異しながら細胞が増殖し、腫瘍を形成していくダイナミクスを記述するモデルの構築を行った。細胞の突然変異率、細胞死の割合といったパラメータと腫瘍の発生/非発生や成長速度との関係についてシミュレーションを行い、腫瘍の発生において細胞死および突然変異率パラメータに依存したしきい値が存在する事を示し、またGompertz曲線でフィットできる成長曲線を得た。また実際の組織構造での発がんダイナミクスをモデル化する為の組織構造の細胞集団モデルを構築した。
