| Research Abstract |
神経難病に対するリハビリテーションの効果の定量的な評価を行った。特に今回、パーキンソン病と脊髄小脳変性症に対してのリハビリテーションの即時効果について、動作解析装置を用いて評価を行った結果、歩行障害や関節の可動域、姿勢について、リハビリテーションの介入の効果が認められた。このことより、神経難病に対して、リハビリテーションは即時効果として有効であることが判明した。
