| Research Abstract |
筋萎縮性側索硬化症患者での、コエンザイムQ10(CoQ10)と同様の脂溶性抗酸化物質であるビタミンEの内服群と非内服群との比較や、ミトコンドリア脳筋症患者での、CoQ10内服群と正常対照群との比較では、血漿中総CoQ10に対する酸化型の割合はいずれも有意な差を認めなかった。三次元動作解析装置を用いた検討では、パーキンソン病の前頭葉機能検査の高値群と低値群でリハ即時効果を比較すると、高値群でのみ歩行パラメーターがリハ後に有意な改善を認めた。
