| Research Abstract |
北方圏地域住民を対象とした寝たきり予防の必須体力である北方圏生活基礎体力(積雪寒冷という気象条件下の住民生活に必須の行動体力)の維持・向上を目的とした水中運動処方を確立し、屋内プールおよび家庭の風呂場で実践可能な水中運動処方DVDを作成した。更に、その活用による冬季の運動継続促進が、生活基礎体力の維持・向上に有効であることを研究成果として報告した。
