| Research Abstract |
農業就業人口の6割を占める日本の女性農業者は「食」と「農業」、生産と消費の両面に関わっている。食農教育は、消費者全般を対象として捉える必要がある。研究成果として、第1に、畜産農家家族の聞き取り及び生活時間の事例調査結果から、家族経営協定の有効性が明らかとなった第2に、現代日本の食農教育における人的資源について政府統計データを用い、ジェンダー視点から課題を明らかにした。第3に、FAOのジンダー統計研究の動向を整理した。第4に、女性農業者の食農教育活動の事例的把握を通して、食の生産・流通・消費・廃棄を含む一連のプロスを示す枠組みとしての食農教育活動の必要性が示された。
