| Research Abstract |
生体試料中フラーレン類の前処理法およびLC-MS/MSを用いた高感度測定法を開発した。in vivo系での複数の投与経路によるフラーレンの体内動態を調査し、経口投与による吸収は低く、尾静脈投与によって肝臓、肺、脾臓、腎臓に貯留すること、また経時的に蓄積量が減少することを明らかにした。また、尾静脈投与によるフラーレンの胎盤経由の母子間移行は少ない可能性があることを示した。
