Research Abstract |
siRNAに同じ標的mRNAに結合能を持つような特殊なペプチドをリンカーでつなぐことによって、標的であるmRNAの近くにおいてsiRNAが放出されるようなDelivery Systemの開発を行い、システムの構築を目指した。この結果、ナノスイッチ型siRNAと名付けたペプチドーsiRNAの合成法の確立に成功し、siRNA単独とほぼ同程度の遺伝子抑制活性を得ることができた。
