| Research Abstract |
ガザーリー(1111年没)を中心とする古典時代のイスラームのセクシュアリティー(性行為、生殖、婚姻、女性、ジェンダー、性愛観、生命倫理などのさまざまな性に関する問題)に関する議論を分析し、マッキー(998年没)、イブン・アラビー(1240年没)といったスーフィーと比較した。さらに、カラダーウィー(1926年生)などの現代の思想家の婚姻論とガザーリーを比較し、現代における古典時代の受容と影響について考察した。なお、研究成果の拙稿"Transition of Views on Sexuality in Sufism : Al-Makki, al-Ghazali, and Ibn al-'Arabi," Annals of Japan Association for Middle East Studies, 22-1, 2006は、第一回日本中東学会奨励賞を受賞した。
