| Research Abstract |
本研究では,変化しつつある若年者の労働・居住のあり方と地域構造や都市構造の相互作用を多面的に分析した.大都市圏では世代交代に伴って郊外住宅地の均質性が失われる一方で,都心周辺に立地したマンションが若年世帯の受け皿となっている.大分県における調査では,専門高校が卒業生を地域労働市場の特定のセグメントに参入することを動機づける機能を持っていることを明らかにした.世代交代に伴って郊外第二世代が市街地のマンションに転出する傾向は大分市でも見られるが,社会階層による都市内部での住み分けは大枠では保たれていた.
