| Research Abstract |
本研究は,現実に行われている商取引が,フォーマルな法ルールのみならず,取引当事者間の暗黙の合意や慣習の下に展開されている実態を解明し,理論的・基礎的な分析を行った。研究成果雑誌論文3編・学会報告5回(うち1回は日本での国際シンポジウム,2回は国外),図書2編となり,国内的にも国際的にも大きなインパクトを与えた。
