| Research Abstract |
消費者契約と、信託法に主に焦点を当て、継続的契約関係や社会的信認関係の存在する場面での情報に対する法規制の在り方について、おもに比較法的な視点(フランス・イギリス・アメリカ)から考察を行い、論文を執筆した。そのほか、錯誤・瑕疵担保責任などについての小論を執筆した。
