| Research Abstract |
本研究は,ディスコースの流れに注目し,欧州司法裁判所が政治過程に与えるインパクトや,欧州諸機関を取り巻く政策ネットワークの存在を明らかにし,その中で非政府アクターが果たす役割を検討した.また,上記の政策ネットワークを通じてEUの政策が加盟国に影響を与えることに着目し,その作動条件と限界をイメージとして「断続的ヨーロッパ化punctuated Europeanization」のメタファーを提案した.
