| Research Abstract |
1950年代に西欧各国で協議された農業統合交渉は、一度目の交渉(プールヴェール交渉)の決裂の後、欧州経済共同体(EEC)の設立交渉であるローマ条約交渉において復活した。ローマ条約交渉の中で復活した農業統合は、加盟国の利害を包括する形で成立し、共同体における再分配構造の成立の契機となる。他方で、以後協議される具体的な共同体政策の制定過程の中で、コミトロジー手続きが定められ、農業統合のメカニズムは欧州共同体の統治構造の中に刻印されることとなった。
