| Research Abstract |
本研究の成果は(1) 特許ライセンス問題を分析するための一般モデルの構築、(2)日本における携帯電話端末の属性調整済価格(QAP)の推計である。前者では、特許技術の売買契約交渉によって締結する場合、特許権者は何社と交渉すべきか、ライセンス料は幾らに定まるかという問題に対して回答を与えた。後者では、激しくシェアを争っている事業者同士はQAPの大幅な引き下げを同時には行わないという理論予想が裏付けられた。
